Abstract: | It is determined for the structure of the source-array located in inner surface of input quasi-optical resonator operating at frequency 100GHz using Type WT5731 GaAs Gunn diodes made in P.R. China (fundamental frequency 50 GHz). An adaptable phase coupling has been achieved and RF output power exceeded the sum of the individual diode outputs by from three to seven times. |
