| Abstract: | We describe a case of polyarteritis nodosa with diffuse abnormalities in subcutaneous fat by magnetic resonance imaging. These abnormalities returned to normal following treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging may have a role in the identification and diagnosis of systemic vasculitis. |
