| 摘 要： | 探讨了Nd-Fe-B速凝带由面（006）,（004）,（008）衍射峰最强的原因,认为速凝带沿辊的切线方向的拉伸变是织构成的主要原因.在这个拉伸力的作用下,合金液在液固转变过程中,通过择优核、择优长大和拉伸热变使合金带成织构,文章建立了拉伸变量与取向关系的数学模,从理论上给出垂直于辊面方向的取向因的表达式.

| Abstract: | The reason why the X-ray diffraction peaks （006）, （004）, （008） of the free surface of Nd-Fe-B cast stripes are much higher than other peaks is discussed. The basic reason for the texture is the stretching deformation of cast stripes along the tangent direction of the roller. During the liquid-solid conversion process, under the stretching force, the textures are formed by preferential nucleation, preferential growth and stretching thermal deformation. The mathematic model between the stretching deformation and orientation relationship is given. Also, the expression of the orientation factor perpendicular to the roller surface is given in theory, |
