摘    要:采用AFLP(扩增性片段长度多态性)分子标记技术对23种37份栽培鸢尾属植物种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,将筛选出的4对AFLP分子标记引物对材料进行扩增,共得到205个位点,其中177个为多态位点,多态位点百分率为86.3%;37份材料之间的遗传相似系数在0.23~0.97之间,平均为0.81.通过遗传相似系数计算,样品总体上亲缘关系非常接近,而白花紫苞鸢尾与其他物种有明显差异.本文还利用UPGMA(非加权算术平均法)进行样品聚类,分析了包括23个种的37份样品之间的遗传关系.

Abstract:Using AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism) molecular markers,we studied the genetic relationship of 37 cultivated Iris materials.Four pairs of primers were used and a total of 205 bands were produced,of which 177 bands were polymorphic.The percentage of polymorphic bands was 86.3%;the genetic similarity among all materials was ranged from 0.23 to 0.97,with an average of 0.81.Overall,the analyses of genetic similarity indicated that there was less differentiation among the studied materials except for I.ruthenica f.leucantha was greatly different from the others.In this study,the UPGMA(unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means) method was also used to analyze the genetic relationship among the collections.
