| 摘 要： | 研究了H．264视频编解码技术标准的技术特点和技术，利用H．264标准设计了基于校园网络平台的视频监控系统。通过长期的实验，得出该系统运行稳定，可靠性高，实现对校园的有效监控，偷盗行为减少了80％，使校园的治安环境得到了根本性的改善。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly studies the technical characteristics and technical standard of the H.264 ,and the video monitoring system is designed based on the campus network platform based on H.264 standard. Through the long-term experiment, the system is running stable and high reliability. The campus security environment are more improvement and the stealing behavior decreased by 80% by using the system. |
