| THERMOPOWER OF SUPERCONDUCTING GdBa_2Cu_3O_7 THIN FILMS | |
| 摘 要： | Thermopowers in superconducting GdBa2Cu3O7 thin films are measured in the temperature range of 77-300K. The results support that the intrinsic behavior in 123 system is as following; Sab is approximately temperature independent with a small positive value, and sc is linear temperature dependent with a comparatively large value. It can be explained by two-band model and phonon-aided electron jump model respectively. |
