Variational calculations on helium and quasi-heliumion ground state energy and wave function

In this thesis from the studing of Peker is model, we use a kind of testing wave function in which a elastec coordinate coefficient is included. Meanwhile, we use Matlab or Mathematica to make a program that can solve the three body problem with variational method. The program operates the variational calculations to ground state energy and analytic wave functions of the helium atom and quasi helium ion, we get better results. This shows the program is potential in operation functions, reliance and accuracy of data, which is designed with Matlab or Mathematica language in resolving variational method questions.
