动态光散射实验中散射光偏振状态的研究

摘    要:颗粒散射光的偏振状态对提高动态光散射实验系统空间相干性和测量结果正确性有着重要影响,因此研究散射光的偏振状态具有重要现实意义的。本文利用米散射理论分析了入射光与散射光偏振状态之间的关系,在此基础上揭示了在动态光散射中使用垂直偏振光作为入射光的理论依据,并在实验中验证了上述理论的正确性。

Abstract:The polarization of scattered light from particles has a significant impact on the enhancement of the special coherence of dynamic light scattering(DLS) experiment system and the accuracy of the experimental result.Since it is of great practical significance to study the polarization of the scattered light, in this paper the relationship between polarization of the incident light and scattered light are analyzed using the Mie scattering theory.Based on the analysis and calculations,the theoretical evidence of improvement in using the vertical and polarized light as the incident light in DLS experiment together with experimental data are shown.
