| Abstract: | in this paper the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of positivesolutions of linear difference equations with continuous arguments and constant coefficients isestablished. As an application, some sufficient conditions for oscillation of linear differenceequations with variable coefficients and forced term are obtained. |
