烯胺酮与烯胺酯的交叉缩合反应

摘    要:在三氟乙酸(TFA)作用下,烯胺酮(1)与烯胺酯(7或2)的[3C十3C]交叉缩合反应,主要形成2-胺基-4,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(5)。讨论了三氟乙酸用最及不同的烯胺酮对[3C+3C]缩合反应中3的收率和产物分配的影响。烯胺酮在三氟乙酸作用下,可在温和的条件下自缩合,产物易于纯化。

Abstract:The[3C+3C]cross-condensation reactions of enamino-ketones(1)withenamino-esters(7 or 2)in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)gave methyl-2-amino-4,6-dimethyl benzoates(3)as main product.The effects of the amount of TFAand the structure of 1 on the yields of 3 and the product distribution were determined.Under mild condition,the products of the self-condensation reactions of enamino-ketonesby the action of TFA were simpler and could be easily purified.
