摘    要:在四球机上对照评价了含硫、磷苯并三氮唑衍生物(BM-3)和二丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)及硫磷酸复酯胺盐(T307)的承载能力和抗磨性能,用X射线光电子能谱仪和电子探针微分析仪等对磨斑表面元素N,S和P的存在形式及表面膜的组成进行了分析,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对BM-3的热分解产物进行了分析,并且还对其极压抗磨作用机理作了探讨.结果表明:BM-3在液体石蜡中的极压抗磨性能明显比T202的好,也比T307的好;BM-3在摩擦过程中经摩擦化学反应生成了含吸附或络合形式的苯并三氮唑官能团及磷酸盐的富碳和富氧表面膜,故其极压抗磨性能优良,但元素S没有参与成膜;BM-3在摩擦热的作用下,可能发生了分子内异构化反应和热分解反应,其分子中的元素S转移到吸附能力较弱的热分解产物辛硫醇分子中.辛硫醇有可能存在于基础油中,或在摩擦热的作用下继续分解生成挥发性的低分子硫醇或硫化氢挥发掉

Abstract:The load carrying capacity and antiwear property of S,P containing benzotriazole derivative (BM 3) were evaluated using a four ball test machine,and compared with those of zinc salt di(butyloctyldithiophosphate)(T 202 ) and amine salt of complex ester thiophosphate (T 307 ). The antiwear mechanism of BM 3 were studied by investigating the chemical states and the mass fraction of elements on the rubbed surfaces using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and the thermal decomposition products using gas chromatography mass spectrograph (GC MS).The results indicate that:BM 3 as additive in liquid paraffin possesses better load carrying capacity and antiwear property than T 202 and T 307 ;In the rubbing process,BM 3 reacts chemically with iron surface to form an excellent antiwear film,which is composed of carbon and oxygen elements at high concentrations and absorpted or complexed benzotriazole group and ferric phosphate,however the sulphur element is not detected in the antiwear film;The sulphur element in BM 3 molecular structure may transform mainly into the molecular structure of the thermal decomposition product (octyl mercaptan) which has comparatively weak absorpted capacity by way of the internal isomerization and the thermal decomposition of BM 3 under the thermal action in the rubbing process.Octyl mercaptan may exist in the base oil or continue to decompose to volatile low molecular mercaptan or H 2S.
