| Abstract: | The strong anion exchange column with porous silica base and the amine bonded silica column were applied in the determination of fosfomycin. The effect of pH value, ion strength and the content of organic modifier in mobile phase on the retention behavior of fosfomycin were investigated. Fosfomycin was detected at the wavelength of 200 nm. The quantitative analysis was carried out by using the strong anion exchange column, linear range was founded to be 5~40 mmol/L. This method is simple and fast. |
