涡旋压缩机曲柄销防自转机构分析

摘    要:建立了曲柄销防自转机构的机构模型,将曲柄销防自转机构简化为平行四连杆机构,验证了其防自转作用,确定了曲柄销数目的合理选择方法.通过对其动力的分析,证实它比半周受力的防自转机构受力减少了一半,是一种精度高、性能好的防自转机构.

Abstract:A mechanical model of anti-rotation mechanism with wrist pins was established,where the configuration of simplified parallel four-connecting rods was employed.Its anti-rotation function was justified and a reasonable method for selection of the numbers of wrist pins was also determined.It was verified by analyzing the forces on the wrist pins that these forces were reduced by one half as large as those on the anti-rotation mechanism with force action during half-revolution,so that the anti-rotation mechanism proposed is such one with high accuracy and performance.
