摘    要:介绍了一种以线阵CCD为检测器,以单色硅发光二极管为光源,自行组装的以测定共振角度变化为基础的小型无可动部件的SPR传感装置的结构及原理;讨论了影响该传感器灵敏度、分辨率和线性范围的因素。该装置既可用于生物大分子检测,也可用于乙醇和磷酸二氢钾等小分子的检测,并获得了良好的线性和很宽的动态线性范围。

Abstract:A novel integrated surface plasmon resonance chemical sensor based on resonant angle shift was developed by using a linear charge coupled device as a detector. The structure and principle of the sensor are introduced. The sensitivity, resolution and linear dynamic range of the sensor are discussed. The sensor has been used to determine alcohol and KH2 PO4 in water, and the results were satisfactory
