HPLC-NMR-IR法对脂肪酰胺聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂的分离与鉴定

摘    要:采用HPLC法,选择最佳分离条件,对分子量分布较宽,分散性大的高碳脂肪酸胺聚氧乙烯非离子表面活性剂的全组分,进行了分离;在无标准样时,制备主要馏分,以核磁波谱及红外光谱鉴定,对该类型样品获得了较理想结果。本方法适用于复杂组分的分析,且快速、高效、定性简单。

Abstract:The total components of non-ionic surfactant of type of long chain fattyamide-polyoxyethylene both with wide molecular weight distribution range and larger dispersion degree have been well separated by HPLCmethod under optimum separating conditions.In the case without the standard ,the fairly satisfactory reseach results of this kind of sample have been obtained by preparation of the main fractions and the aid of NMRand IRidentification.Multi-propramming eiution and change of flow rate are suitable to the analysis of complicated components.This method has the characteristics of fast speed,high efficiency,simplicity and trustworthy.
