摘    要:针对创口处理和修复中保护创面、防止感染和促进愈合等问题,基于仿生合成MAP粘合材料防水、快速闭合创口及生物源PRF快速止血、促进愈合的特性,设计并合成一种新型MAP-PRF复合创口敷料。采用^1H NMR表征材料结构,UV-Vis验证MAP聚氨酯侧链邻二酚粘合单元引入,GPC表征聚合材料分子量分布。细胞毒性分析和热分析数据表明:MAP-PRF复合材料的热稳定性良好、毒性低,可进一步用于生物医药领域的软组织快速粘合修复及硬组织粘接。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems in wound treatment and recovery,such as wound protection,infection prevention and healing promotion,a new complexed wound dressing was designed and synthesized by incorporating biomimetic MAP adhesive material and biological PRF,with combined characteristics of waterproof&fast closure of MAP and healing promotion of PRF.Functional groups and hydrogen displacements of the synthesized MAP-PRF were confirmed by^1H NMR,the o-diphenol binding unit’s introduction in the polyurethane side chain of MAP was verified by UV-Vis,and the molecular weight distribution of the polymer was characterized by GPC.Cytotoxicity and thermal analysis showed that the MAP-PRF complexed material had good thermal stability and low toxicity,which could be furtherly used in rapid bonding and repair for soft and hard tissues.
