摘    要:以二苯并噻吩-4-硼酸为原料,与邻溴碘苯Suzuki偶联,正丁基锂锂化后与Ph2PCl反应,醋酸钯催化关环等合成了新型5-苯基-5H-苯并[2,3]磷杂吲哚[4,5-b]苯并噻吩(5和6),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和热重分析了目标化合物的性能。结果表明:5和6最大荧光发射波长位于390 nm附近,有较好的发光能力;热分解温度超过270℃。

Abstract:The raw material dibenzothiophene-4-boric acid which was coupled with o-bromoiodobenzene and reacted with Ph2PCl after lithiation,then the title products 5-phenyl-5H-benzo[2,3]phosphindolo[4,5-b]benzothiophene(5 and 6)were got after the Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed cyclization.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS(ESI).Acording to the results of UV-Vis,fluorescence and TGA spectra,5 and 6 have great emissive ability,and the maxima fluorescence emission is around 390 nm.Their thermal decomposition temperatures are above 270℃,which illuminates the potential application in the field of organic electroluminescent materials.
