摘    要:加热炉是油田地面工程中最重要的耗能设备之一,其能效水平直接影响着油田公司的经济效益.为了提高加热炉的能源利用率,建立一套油田加热炉能效评价体系模型并对其进行实例分析.首先采用熵权法确定油田加热炉各评价指标权重序列,并分析其原因,其中加热炉热效率不仅会受到其余各指标的影响,还会受到外部环境以及油品属性等影响,因此其变异程度较大,对应的权重值最大;而过量空气系数的测量值一般在1.1~2.5间,可变异程度较小,对应的权重值最小.然后通过灰色关联-TOPSIS方法计算各加热炉的能效指标与理想运行状态的相对贴近度均在0.4~0.7之间,分析其运行效率较低的主要原因在于一个指标与最优工况的偏离程度过大或者受多个指标共同影响的结果.本文的研究结果表明,该模型可用来评价油田加热炉的用能情况,为油田节能降耗提供理论依据.

Abstract:Heating furnace is one of the most important energy consuming equipment in Oilfield Surface Engineering.Its energy efficiency level directly affects the economic benefit of Oilfield Company.In order to improve the energy utilization rate of the heating furnace,this paper establishes a set of energy efficiency evaluation system model of the heating furnace in the oil field and makes an example analysis.Firstly,entropy weight method is used to determine the weight sequence of each evaluation index of oil field heating furnace,and the reasons are analyzed.Among them,the thermal efficiency of heating furnace will not only be affected by other indexes,but also by the external environment and oil properties,so its variation degree is large,and the corresponding weight value is the largest.However,the measured value of the excess air coefficient is generally between 1.1 and 2.5,and the variation degree is small,and the corresponding weight value is the smallest.Then the grey correlation-TOPSIS method is used to calculate the relative closeness between the energy efficiency index and the ideal operation state of each heating furnace,which is between 0.4 and 0.7.It is analyzed that the main reason for the low operation efficiency is that one index deviates too much from the optimal operation condition,or is the result of multiple indexes.The results show that the model can be used to evaluate the energy consumption of heating furnace in oil field,which can provide theoretical basis for energy saving and consumption reduction in oil field.
