Research in the imidazole series

The reduction of pyrrolo1,2-a]imidazole-2-one and pyrrolo1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives, which leads to the formation of 2,3-dihydropyrrolo1,2-a]imidazole derivatives and derivatives of the previously unknown 1,2,3,3a-tetrahydropyrrolo1,2-a]benzimidazole, was studied.
