| 摘 要： | 人事档案管理系统软件其功能主要是完成对人事档案数据的录入、用户设置、统计、查询、维护及报表打印等，采用Visual FoxPro数据库管理系统设计完成。充分利用了VFP强大的数据库技术和可视化编程工具，制作了美观大方的界面，完整的用户菜单及相应的功能模块，重点介绍了如何设计数据查询功能并完成人事档案管理中的基本查询操作。

| Abstract: | The functions of the personal archives management system software are mainly to fulfill the log-in of the personal archives data, users' setting up, statistics, inquiry, maintenance, and report printing, etc. with Visual FoxPro data management system, which makes full use of the strong database techniques and visible programming tools of VFP, works out the aesthetic and graceful interface, complete users' menu and relative functional module. This paper introduces emphatically how to design the data inquiry function and how to fulfill the basic inquiry operations in the management of the personal archives. |
