摘    要:本文以水热自发成核BSO晶体作为培养料,4.0 mol/L NaOH溶液为矿化剂,采用水热法成功生长出无色BSO晶体,测试了其透过率曲线,并探讨分析了BSO晶体赋色的原因.结果表明:水热法BSO晶体在可见光区基本不存在明显的吸收,解决了熔体法BSO晶体所存在的赋色问题.

Abstract:The colorless Bi12SiO20 crystal was sucessfully grown by hydrothermal method using spontaneity nucleation BSO crystal as raw materials and 4.0 mol/L NaOH solution as mineralize.The transmission was mearsured and the reason for the color core in BSO crystal was analyzed.The results indicate that hydrothermal BSO crystal don' t occur absorption in the visible light region,which settle the color core existed in the melt growth BSO crystal.
