沸水浴溶样冷原子吸收测定人发和大米中微量汞含量

摘    要:把制备好的人发和大米等样品放入50mL比色管内,加入HNO3和HCI,在沸水浴中进行消化,用冷原子吸收测定其微量汞的含量,均获得满意的结果。消化并测定国家一级标准物质GBW09101人发和GBW08508大米中微量汞含量,测定结果与给出标准值吻合很好。测定10份人发平行样品,相对标准偏差为3.2%,回收率为96%。

Abstract:The determination of the content of micro-mercury in the hair and rice has been made by boiling water digestion and cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of determination are well in agreement with the national primary standard:GBW 09101 hair and GBW 0850 rice.With to parallel samples of hair, relative standard deviation is 3. 2%,recovery 96%.
