摘 要: | 以Li_2O为稳定剂,柠檬酸(CA)为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶低温燃烧法制备掺杂Ni O的Beta-Al_2O_3固体电解质.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重/差热(TG/DSC)分析及抗弯强度、体积密度和交流阻抗测试研究了固体电解质的结构与性能.结果表明,当NiO的含量(质量分数)达到0.10%时,Beta-Al_2O_3固体电解质的形貌致密,β″相含量达到88.33%,相对体积密度为99.75%,抗弯强度为248 MPa,350℃下的电导率为0.108 S/cm.

Preparation of NiO Doped Beta-Al2 O3 Solid Electrolyte via a Low Temperature Combustion Method |

Abstract: | NiO doped and Li2 O stabilized Beta-Al2 O3 solid electrolyte was synthesized via a citrate sol-gel low temperature combustion method. Effects of the NiO content on the mechanical and electrical performances were studied by means of thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry ( TG/DSC ) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) . Meanwhile, the relative density, the bending strength and the electrical properties of the prepared samples were also measured. When the content( mass fraction) of NiO in Beta-Al2 O3 solid electrolyte is 0. 10%, the content of β〞-Al2 O3 phase is 88. 33%, the microstructure is uniform and compact, the relative density is 99. 75%, the bending strength is up to 248 MPa and the ionic conductivity can reach 0. 108 S/cm at 350 ℃. |
