丁苯酞联合养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足临床分析

摘    要:目的探究在慢性脑供血不足疾病的临床治疗中,采用丁苯酞联合养血清脑颗粒进行治疗,观察其临床应用效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年3月来新钢中心医院接受诊治的94例慢性脑供血不足病人作为研究的案例,根据随机数字表法,将其分为探究组和比较组,每组各47例,两组病人都实施同样方式的基础治疗手段,在此基础上,比较组病人实施尼莫地平药物治疗,探究组病人采用丁苯酞联合养血清脑颗粒药物进行治疗,比较两组病人临床疗效。结果探究组病人采用丁苯酞联合养血清脑颗粒药物进行治疗后,其在疾病治疗有效率相较于比较组病人都明显要好,存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在慢性脑供血不足疾病的临床治疗中,采用丁苯酞联合养血清脑颗粒进行治疗,具有良好的疗效,能够显著的提升疾病治疗有效率,改善病人临床症状,提高病人生活质量,且该疗法安全可靠。

Butylphthalide Combined With Yangxueqingnao Granule in the Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency Clinical Analysis
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical treatment of chronic brain diseases, using butyl phthalide joint treatment serum brain particles, observe its clinical effect. Methods From June 2014 to March 2016 to make a diagnosis and give treatment of 74 cases of chronic brain palsy patients as the research case, according to random number table method, it can be divided into explore group and comparison group, each group of 47 cases, two groups of patients are implemented the same way of foundation treatment, on this basis, the comparison group implement nim horizon drug therapy, to explore the group of patients using butyl phthalide joint serum brain particles drug treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results To explore group patients using butyl phthalide joint serum brain particles after drug treatment, the treatment efficient and hemorheology index of all dimensions, as well as aspects of cerebral arteries blood flow rate, is better than comparison group patients were significantly, significant differences, statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic brain diseases, using butyl phthalide joint treatment serum brain particles, has a good curative effect, can significantly improve disease treatment efficiently, improve the patient's clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, and the treatment is safe and reliable.
