慢性支气管炎及肺气肿行早期预防与护理的效果评价Effect

目的探究对慢性支气管炎以及肺气肿患者予以早期护理以及预防干预的临床效果。方法选取南昌市第三医院于2013年6月到2015年5月收治的患者160例,将其以随机抽样的方法分为实验组与对照组,各80例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受早期护理,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组患者的总体满意度79例(98.75%)显著高于对照组63例(78.75%)。P0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组。P0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。结论对慢性支气管炎以及肺气肿患者予以早期护理以及预防干预具有较为显著的临床效果,能够缓解不良的心理以及身体反应,进一步提高患者满意度,有效改善患者的生活质量,可广泛应用于临床护理。
