电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中13种元素的方法研究

摘    要:目的采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)建立化妆品中13种元素的快速测定方法。方法微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定化妆品中铍(Be)、钛(Ti)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、银(Ag)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)的含量。结果此法采用1.0μg/m L钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)作为内标元素,有效校正基体效应。其灵敏度高,各元素检出限在0.002~0.140 mg/kg之间;线性良好,线性相关关系均≥0.999;各元素的加标回收率在81.6%~119%。结论此法简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意,可用于化妆品中13种金属元素的测定,是能适用于一般实验室开展化妆品中元素检测的要求。

Determination of 13 Elements in Cosmetics by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of 13 elements in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Methods After microwave digestion, 13 trace elements including Be, Ti, Cr, Co, Ni, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Tl and Pb were simultaneously determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometer ( ICP - MS ) . Results Sc, Ge, In and Bi were applied as internal standard elements with the concentration of 1. 0μg/mL to effectively correct the matrix effect. The sensitivity of all the elements is high enough and limit of detection ranged from 0. 002 to 0. 140 mg/kg;The standard curves of all the elements were with fine linearity and the average correction coefficient is above 0. 999;The recovery of each element various from 81. 6% to 119%. Conclusion The method is easy, rapid and accurate with satisfactory results, which can be applied to the analysis of 13 metallic elements, and meet the requirement of trace elements analysis in cosmetics in general laboratories.
