延续性护理模式对脑卒中患者家庭照顾者生存质量的影响

目的探讨延续性护理模式对脑卒中患者家庭照顾者生存质量的影响。方法抽取2014年2月—2015年12月武汉科技大学附属孝感医院接收的64例脑卒中患者家庭照顾者,根据患者入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组,各32例。两组患者均行神经内科常规干预,在此基础上研究组实施延续性护理模式,6个月后对脑卒中患者家庭照顾者进行随访,对比两组生存质量评分及照顾压力变化情况。结果出院时两组生存质量评分及照顾压力对比差异无统计学意义(P0.05),经护理干预,研究组各指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论延续性护理模式可有效减轻脑卒中患者家庭照顾者照顾压力,提高其生存质量,具有推广价值。

Effect of Continuity Care Model on the Quality of Life of Family Caregivers of Patients With Stroke

Objective To explore the influence of continuity care model on the quality of life of family caregivers of patients with stroke. Methods 64 patients with stroke were selected in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 . According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into study group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were performed routine neurological intervention. On the basis of this, the study group was treated with the continuity nursing mode. 6 months later, we followed up with the family caregivers of patients with stroke, and compared the quality of life of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life ( P>0. 05 ) between the two groups after discharge. The indexes of the study group were significantly better than the control group after nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The continuity care model can effectively reduce the pressure of family caregivers of patients with stroke, improve the quality of life, and has the value of popularization.
