| Abstract: | Birefringence kinetics in magnetite–kerosene and magnetite–transformer oil colloidal systems in electric field was studied. Coefficients of rotational Brownian diffusion of colloidal particles were calculated from experimental data, and conclusion was made of the presence of magnetite particle aggregates in these systems. |
