摘    要:利用3C、DS3C和S3C模型分别计算了共面非对称几何条件下快电子碰撞碳原子K-壳层电离的三重微分截面(TDCS),将S3C模型计算结果与其它理论结果和实验数据进行了比较.表明:内壳层电离的TDCS呈现出一强的recoil峰,对于某些参量,recoil峰甚至高于binary峰.这一点与外壳层电离过程不相同.S3C模型能够较好地描述这样的电离过程.?

Abstract:Triple differential cross sections have been calculated for the K-shell inoization of carbon by fast electron impact for coplanar asymmetric geometry by 3C、DS3C and S3C models. The distinguishing feature noted in TDCS structure is the presence of intense recoil peak that for certain parameters is even larger than the binary peak, an unusual feature for the outer-shell ionization process. Results are compared with the relative measurenent performed on the C2H2 molecule as target and the theoretical coulomb-Born approximation. The present TDCS is found to be in better agreement with experimental data.
