宏观煤岩分类及燃烧反应动力学参数

摘    要:本文将神木、西山煤用重液分离法分为亮煤、暗煤和无机矿物质三种宏观煤岩类别并进行了燃烬实验。实验结果表明,显微组分存在形式的不同导致厂其在各宏观煤者类别中纯度的较大差异;宏观煤岩类别间燃烧反应动力学参数的明显差异要求对原有的将煤粉视为物理、化学性质均匀的颗粒的燃烧模型进行改进。

Abstract:Two typical power plant-used raw coal in China,Shenmu bituminous coal and Xishan semianthracite,were seperated into their lithologicals respectively,and the kinetics of the clarite and durite of the two raw coals were measured with a Drop Tube Furnace System(DTFS) built resently. Experiment results indicated that because in different raw coals,vitrinite,fusinite and mineral exist in diffierent form,the purity for a maceral composition in the same lithological of different raw coals is different apparently.Although the seperation method used in this study is rough compared with the maceral composition seperation method of petrography, the new method is practical to pulverized coal combustion engineering. The difference of kineticses between different lithologicals made it clear that the combustion computation model which thinks that the pulverized coal particles as particles with the same physical and chemical properties should be improved.
