高等教育少数民族招生优惠政策执行现状及对策研究

我国高等教育少数民族招生优惠政策执行了几十年,在培养少数民族高层次人才,促进民族地区经济发展,推动社会进步,维护国家稳定等方面发挥了巨大的积极作用。然而,随着经济发展和社会环境的不断变化,现行政策在一些地方出现了宣传不到位,执行把关不严,实际效果与政策目标偏移等问题。文章在深入调查的基础上,针对先行政策及其执行现状,提出了需要开展全面调查、加大宣传力度、健全监督机制、完善政策配套、实施针对性教育培养等若干改进对策。

A Study of the Present Situation of the University’s Preferential Enrollment Policy for Minority Nations

Since its enforcement ,the university’s preferential enrollment policy for minority nations has not only trained many high-educated talents of minority nations ,but also brought about apparent practical benefits to the local economical development and the local educational level .However ,the development of times and the present situation keep requiring new supporting policies ,realis-tic conflicts are becoming more and more obvious ,and the present policy shows some inadaptability .Thus ,the writer ,through a study and analysis of the enforcement of the university’s preferential enrollment policy ,tries to put forward some corresponding propositions .
