| 摘 要： | 介绍了在windows NT操作系统中对I／O端口访问受限的基本原因，提出了一些解决办法，介绍了NTPort Library组件的使用方法，对NTPort Library组件中端口访问函数和过程在VB中的声明方法进行了说明．给出了一个在NT环境下对并行口端口操作的实例．
