| Abstract: | The multiple parallel frequency branches observed in low carrier concentration SnTe by Savage et al. in 1972 are interpreted in terms of the structural phase transition in such material in conjunction with band structure parameters derived from a study of the Shubnikov-de Haas effect in samples of Pb1?xSnxTe in the rhombohedral phase with normal and inverted band ordering. |
