摘    要:提出了一种流动注射在线共沉淀-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定痕量锗的分析方法。设计了在线共沉淀及氢化物发生流路和操作程序,选择了各项化学条件和流路参数。方法操作简便快速,分析速度为30/h,检出限为0.11ng,相对标准偏差(n=5)为5.6%,经国家一级地质标样分析验证,方法可靠实用。

Abstract:A process circuit and operation program for the preconcentration of traces of germanium by FI on line coprecipitation is designed and used in hyphenation with determination by HG AFS. Manifold parameters and chemical conditions are studied and described in detail. An analytical speed of 30 samples per hour is achieved. The detection limit and RSD are found to be 0.11ng and 5.6% ( n =5) respectively. The accuracy of the present method was checked with state affirmed geological standard reference materials giving results consistent to the certified values.
