| Abstract: | We designed two novel thiolactone scaffolds. Both scaffolds can be accessed by a convergent Ugi multicomponent reaction (MCR)
and are, thus, amenable to library synthesis. Design, stereoselectivity, structures, full experimental details, and virtual
libraries will be reported. |
