摘    要:针对目前计算机日益增多的CPU热故障、常规风冷散热法已接近极限的问题,研究了把半导体制冷器用于CPU芯片散热的一种实用方法,提出了防止CPU结露的具体措施,并对半导体制冷器的冷量控制进行了设计。实际运行和调试证明本方案是一种提高CPU散热能力的实用、有效、可行的办法。

Abstract:Based on the increasing heat failure of computer CPU,the conventional air-cooling method has been closed to the limits of its capacity.This paper presented a practical method applying semiconductor cooler to eliminate the heat of CPU chips,the specific measures to avoid CPU junction leakage were proposed,and the cold capacity control of the semiconductor cooler was designed.The experimental results show that the proposed method is practical,effective and viable to improve capacity of the CPU heat eliminatio...
