摘    要:探讨了索氏提取法提取菝葜中薯蓣皂苷元的提取工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了提取工艺对薯蓣皂苷元提取率的影响。在不同条件下,提取率不同。确定了最佳提取工艺参数为:甲醇浓度为50%,固液比为1∶10(g∶mL),提取时间2.5h,提取次数1次,薯蓣皂苷元得率为0.421mg/g。该方法简便,可行。

Abstract:Soxhlet extraction technique for diosgenin from Smilax was discussed.The effection of operating conditions on extraction rate was studied according to single factor and orthogonal test.Under different conditions,extraction rate was different.The optimal conditions were achieved as follows:50% methanol,materials to solvent ratio 1∶10(g∶mL),extraction time of 2.5h,extraction times of 1 times.The content of diosgenin was 0.421mg/g under optimal conditions.The method is simple and feasible.
