| Abstract: | Conclusions Karatavic acid has been isolated from the resin of the roots ofFerula karatavica Rgl. et Schmalh; this is an ether of umbelliferone and a hydroxy acid C15H24O3 probably having the humulane type of hydrocarbon skeleton.
