摘    要:为解决自动气象站独立光伏供电系统充电效率低、输出单一的问题,同时提高电源的使用效率。在此利用bq24610芯片和ATmega16L单片机设计了一款具有输出±12V的新型光伏控制器。该控制器实时检测蓄电池端电压,采用合理并精确的充放电控制策略对蓄电池进行充放电,同时还具有过充过放保护、防反充保护功能,有效地保护了蓄电池和延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。通过实验测试和实际应用,验证了该控制器的设计合理性和系统稳定性。

Abstract:To solve the problems of low charging efficiency and single output of the stand-alone photovoltaic power systems for automatic weather stations,and improve the power efficiency,a new photovoltaic controller with the output of plus or minus 12V was designed by means of bq24610 chip and ATmega16L microcontroller.The controller can execute real-time detection of battery voltage,uses reasonable and accurate battery charge and discharge control strategies for charge and discharge,and has the protection functions of battery overcharge,overdischarge and anti-charge.It can effectively protect the batterys and extend the service life of batterys.Through experimental testing and practical application,the rationality of controller design and system stability are validated.
