Abstract: | The temperature dependence of the hybrid quantum oscillation amplitude in an accumulation layer on n-InAs is interpreted by analogy to the Shubnikov-de Haas effect. Amplitudes for oscillations corresponding to excited subbands follow the expected decay law. Characteristic decay energies, on the order of 5 meV, are compared to known intersubband spacings. |
