| Abstract: | The conduction band parameters of GaSb have been investigated in the temperature region 70–280 K. Hall and magnetoresistance data have been analysed according to the two band model to obtain information about the energy separation ΔE12 of the conduction band minima and its temperature coefficient α2. |
