| Abstract: | X-ray diffraction experiments have been performed on amorphous sputtered Zr76Cu24 alloy in order to investigate the structural relaxation induced by thermal annealing below the crystallization temperature. Contrary to the low-temperature thermal properties which are very sensitive to heat treatments, only weak modifications affect the short-range structural order as defined by the total radial distribution function. |
