基于事故树方法的制冷机冷却超导磁体失超分析

摘    要:制冷机冷却的超导磁体具有结构紧凑、运行方便和安全性好等优点,但是超导磁体失超是绝对的,完全避免失超的发生是不可能的。采用事故树分析法对超导磁体失超进行分析。建立以"超导磁体失超"作为顶上事件。从超导磁体"整理力学不稳定"、"低温环境不稳定"、"失超安全保护不当"和"人为因素"四个方面为中间事件进行分析找出相应的基本事件。通过定性定量分析找出引起失超的原因,依据优先解决主要矛盾为原则提出科学合理有效的安全对策、措施、建议。

Abstract:The superconducting magnets cooled by refrigerators have the advantages of compact structure,convenient operation and good safety,but the superconducting magnets quench is absolute,so it is impossible to avoid the quench.Analysis of superconducting magnet quench is based on fault tree analysis.The superconducting magnet quenching was established as the top event.The basic events were analyzed from four aspects of the instability of superconducting magnets,low temperature environment instability,improper safety protection measures and human factors.Through qualitative and quantitative analysises,we found out the causes of the failure,and put forward scientific,reasonable and effective safety countermeasures and measures according to the principle of solving the main contradiction first.
