复叠式制冷循环软件设计及应用

摘    要:设计了一款由Matlab中GUI界面开发研制的制冷软件,包括参数输入,制冷环境、界面互换,焓值检测以及结果显示五个窗口界面。该制冷软件,基于蒸发式压缩制冷循环原理,对复叠式制冷系统进行分析,根据蒸发温度,冷凝温度,制冷量确定压缩机功率,得出系统COP。同时,根据环境计算所需制冷量,并应用于恒温恒湿试验箱。通过实际制冷循环对比,发现计算结果与实际值的误差小于5%,从而证明软件的准确性。

Abstract:A refrigeration software was developed by the GUI interface in matlab,including parameter input,cooling environment,interface interchange,threshold detection and results display five window interfaces.The refrigeration software,based on the principle of the evaporative compression refrigeration cycle,determined the compressor power based on the evaporation temperature,the condensation temperature,and the cooling capacity and obtains the system COP.At the same time,the required cooling capacity was calculated according to the environment and applied to the constant temperature and humidity test chamber.Through the comparison of the actual refrigeration cycle,it is found that the error between the calculated result and the actual value is less than 5%,thus proving the accuracy of the software.
