热泵空调用冷凝器的匹配设计与仿真分析

摘    要:针对纯电动客车热泵空调用翅片管式冷凝器的匹配设计,利用MATLAB自主编写了一套通用的仿真设计程序,并且在消除冷凝器具体结构影响的条件下,基于谷轮ZW79KAE涡旋压缩机的工作性能,运用该程序仿真分析了设计参数对设计结果的影响。结果表明:冷凝温度一定时,总传热系数和空气流量随空气进出口温差的减小而增大,且总传热系数的增长趋势逐渐减缓,当温差每减小1K时,总传热系数增大约5%,流量增大约15%;空气进出口温差一定时,冷凝器设计热负荷和总传热面积随冷凝温度的降低而增大,当冷凝温度从323.15K降低至318.15K时,总传热面积增大约30%。

Abstract:Aiming at matching design of fin-and-tube condenser in heat pump for only electric-driven bus, using MATLAB to comply independently a set of general simulation program. Meanwhile the program based on performance of ZW79 KAE scroll compressor was used to simulate and analyse the effect of design parameters on results with eliminating concrete structure. The results show that: In the same condensing temperature, overall heat transfer coefficient and air volume flow increase with decrease of air temperature difference, and the growth trend of overall heat transfer coefficient gradually slows down. When temperature difference decreases by 1 K, overall heat transfer coefficient increases by about 5% and volume flow increases by about 15%;in the same air temperature difference, design thermal load of condenser and overall heat transfer area increase with decrease of condensing temperature. When condensing temperature decreases from 323.15 K to 318.15 K, overall heat transfer area increases by about 30%.
