| 摘 要： | 论述了天然虾青素在抗氧化、着色、医疗保健等方面的重要生理功能，及其在人类保健品、药品和饲料等领域的商业化生产现状。提出雨生红球藻作为天然虾青素的重要资源藻类，在规模培养该藻以提取高价值的天然虾青素方面具有广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | Astaxanthin is one of the carotenoids. It appars bright-red. As a new and urgently needed biological materials, it has a lot of biological functions including antioxodation, pigmentation, anti-cancer and enhancing immunity. Now, it has been widely used in the commercial production of health protection food, medicine and fodder etc. |
