Sensitization of cadmium sulfide by cyanine dyes in the photocatalytic production of hydrogen

The possibility of photocatalysis of hydrogen production from aqueous alcohol mixtures by heterostructures of cadmium sulfide with dyes under the action of light with >600 nm was shown.
