Cr:KNSBN光折变晶体的非线性特性

摘    要:实验利用非同时读出的方法,采用两波耦合实验装置,研究了e偏振光写入情况下,Cr:KNSBN光折变晶体两波耦合写入体光栅的衍射效率与响应时间随写入光各参数的变化关系,并对实验结果进行了理论模拟.结果表明,当写入光夹角在10°~25°范围内时,衍射效率达20%以上;在写入光总光强为0.04 W/cm2,写入光光强比为0.33,两束光夹角为12°时,响应时间为5.3 s.

Abstract:At non-simultaneous writing-reading process,while the writing beams are both with extraordinary polarization,the diffraction efficiency and response time of the volume grating written by two-wave coupling in a Cr:KNSBN photorefractive crystal is experimentally studied with respect to the experimental parameters.And the coupling wave theory was induced to fit the experimental data.It is shown that the diffraction efficiency was above 20% when the incident angle between the pump beam and the single beam was 10°~25°,and the response time was 5.3 s when the experimental parameters were selected as following: the total incident intensity was 0.04 W/cm~2,the incident beam intensity ratio was I-s/I-p=1/3,and the incident angle between the signal beam and the pump beam was 12°.
