| Abstract: | A number of applications of capillary electrophoresis (CE) for the analysis of clinicaldiagnostic genes and nuclasides are reviewed. The diseases covered are cancer, cystic fibrosis, heartdisease, Alzheimer's disease, Duchenne's muscular dystrophy, AIDS etc. for related CE methods andpolymer chain reacion-based rnethods are listed. Existing problems and possible future trends are alsodiscussed. |
