| Abstract: | The effect of ultrasound on wetting of graphite by molten aluminium is described. It was shown that ultrasonic energy has a favourable effect on this process at low technological temperatures (1000 K). This was shown by the mechanical tests performed, as well as by electron scanning microscopy investigations. |
